Counting this post, can you tell me how many times I've written about Necirvan?Mizgînhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01850990661771197094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19312979.post-70635339265597829362009-02-24T18:27:00.000-08:002009-02-24T18:27:00.000-08:00I have to state, once again, that it makes little ...I have to state, once again, that it makes little sense to me why this blog is constantly attempting to show Nechirvan Barzani or the KRG as a target for Kurds' contempt.

I've never met a Southern Kurd who didn't proudly own up to his Kurdish identity. It'll be a cold day in the bowels of hell before Turks get to assimilate the Southern Kurds. Therefore I find your concerns are ill founded.

But, I understand that you are being industrious, so you must make due with the material you have in order make the best possible case against the KRG.

Moving right along, and in a more constructive note, I hope you'll also write about Ahmet Turk's ingenious decision to speak Kurdish in the Turkish parliament today. In one simple but Elegant move, he was able to undermine the Turkish state's weak position without resorting to coercion of Kurdish artists or name-calling. Standing ovation to Ahmet Turk!

~nistimanAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
